Tools and Techniques
nVisionIT’s experience in the CRM sphere stems from having built our own CRM product from the ground up, we transferred our skills onto the Microsoft Dynamics CRM product at version 1.1 and now predominantly focus on this product.
Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a feature rich, intuitive platform – providing Sales, Marketing and Service functions out-of-the box. This, coupled with nVisionIT’s experience, where requirements tend to be more unique and process specific, allow us to move from a base install to a highly customised CRM or XRM solution rapidly.
